Shipment processing time- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. *Due to the pandemic and current stress on the USPS, shipments may be delayed by a few days.Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order please contact me.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates- All purchases are charged a flat rate fee of $3.00 for shipping for your first item. ( + 0.50 cents for each additional item) Shipping charges for your order will be added to your total and displayed at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy- The Fickle Fern is not responsible for damage caused by transit or weather, but if you are unhappy with your purchase please reach out via email to discuss an exchange or replacement.
